HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
- Orders can take up to 48hours to be processed, Next Day Delivery orders will be dispatched the same day but must be ordered before 2pm.
- You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification via email or text. If you are unable to locate your tracking information please contact us and we will resolve this for you.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ?
- UK Royal Mail First Class Signed For (2-3 Working Days) - £5.99
- UK Royal Mail Next Working Day (Guaranteed Next Day UK Delivery By 1pm) - £9.00 if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday
- Royal Mail International Europe (4-5 Working Days) - £13
- Royal Mail International Rest Of World (5-7 Working Days) - £16
Items that are on pre-order will take approximately 1-2 weeks. Please ensure you read the description box to check which items / sizes are currently on pre-order. Once your pre-order item is ready to dispatch we will ship this item according to your chosen shipping method. We aim to get your item out to you as soon as possible!
If you do not receive your parcel between 14 to 21 days, please let us know immediately so that we can raise an investigation. Unfortunately we are unable to investigate before 14 days due to the policies defined by the shippers. For overseas orders, you may have to pay a custom duty; this depends upon the law of your country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control. Unfortunately we are not responsible or liable for items that are delayed or lost in transit as we have no control over this after your order has been shipped. However if your order is missing, late or lost and you wish to dispute the delivery of your order, please contact us within 7 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered.
