Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will start to process this as soon as we receive it therefore orders are unable to be cancelled.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed.
Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?
For quick shipping, please be sure to include your apartment and/or suite number, if applicable. You are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.Â
If your order has not been shipped yet, then we are able to deliver to a different address as per your request. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible through our support email customerservice@riellelondon.com.
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email of the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.Â
